Return Policies

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We value our customers and aim to make your shopping experience with us satisfactory. In order to ensure your eligibility for a full refund, we kindly request that all returns are sent back in their original shipping packaging and securely packed to avoid damage in transit. In the specific case of the game card boxes, please ensure that the packaging is still sealed, has not been opened and the cards remain in their original wrapping. If these items are returned to us opened or unwrapped, we must reserve the right to disallow a refund. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
